I can only give this property three stars because of the room. The resort itself is super nice and the courtyard is unbelievable. 4.5 acreas of lush landscaping, 5 story tall glass roof. Amazing. But room is a little outdated. For a fancy resort like this, I would expect flat-screen TV on the wall and Egyptian cotton linens. The sheets... more

Was there for a 4-day conference (Oct 30 - Nov 3). Have stayed at the Gaylord Dallas, and DC before so I knew the atrium views cost more and were noisy. I wanted an exterior view with sunshine. The atrium was beautiful (very similar to Dallas except no large yellow star). Decorations for Halloween were scant. The room was nice... more

I Don't know what all these snobby people are complaining about. If your looking for perfection stay home. The resort stay was GREAT to me. Front Desk agents were wonderfull, especially Josh, at explaining our stay. The activities were fantastic for those of all ages. All requests I had were handled very very promptly.
