Pretty much met (high) expectations. For some reason they struggled to meet the King bed request, and we got a relatively lousy room with no view, but it wasn't really an issue. Pools were wonderful and very uncrowded (admittedlty it was low season). Spa was also first class - didn't have treatments, but gym and sauna/steam room etc was a... more

I am amazed at some of the reviews on here, and sometimes I wonder if people are provoked into making reviews only when they have bad experiences. First of all, make sure you have the right hotel. This is not the Ritz Carlton in Coconut Grove which is only a few miles away, this is the one on the island... more
