This HIE has a superb location by being w/i 2 walking blocks of downtown Dunedin on the well-known Pinellas Trail--very wide, well maintained, very safe to use walking, biking, rollerblading... Dunedin has more excellent restaurants for its size than any other town in the USA.. Cafe Alfresco,Bon Appetit, Kelly's, Walt's, Bellini's ,& Casa Tina for just a few... The HIE... more

Outside was sticky and buggy, we got eaten alive. They were out of a sauce that came with the dish and then charged us for addtional of another to replace it. They got their extra dollar but lost our business. more

Pristine from the grounds to the interior, Coconut Villas of Dunedin not only met with our expectations but far exceeded them. It is the perfect place to mix business with pleasure.
