My daughter, myself and another female friend went to Dover for the weekend of outlet shopping in Rehoboth beach, DE and in the evening, we went to the casino @ Dover Downs. My wedding reception at Fraizer's restaurant was ABSOLUTLY Gorgeous! The staff was accommodating to our every needs, down to matching the colors in my wedding party.
