The quality of this restaurant has totally fallen off. I ordered the Turkey grinder and was so disappointed. DO NOT STAY HERE.. we all stayed here on 12/26 and had the maintaince man of the hotel use his key card to access our room at 1140 pm..they knew we were gone because of the mandatory shuttle sign up sheet.......Norwich PD reviewed surviellence and noted evidence of employee theft..check with Norwich PD for file #...DO NOT STAY HERE...full of... more
Jenna at the front desk is wonderful! Also, I just love the warm welcome from the locals at the lounge, which I know come there because of Patty the bartender. I am a traveler, like many in the area that gets offers in the mail for complimentary rooms at Foxwoods regularly, but because of your wonderful staff (and nice accomodations)... more
