I am from Texas, and have been going to Eldora for the last 35 years. This is not a full service tourist trap, like most the resorts in Colorado. We normally ski about 6-8 times per year. I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Breakfast is pretty darn special and well above the usual greasy potatoes you might get elsewhere. Good sized portions.
