I have been going to Papa Franks for about 15 years and still love it. Great food, great service, friendly atmosphere, and a good selection. Locally owned, I don't know anywhere else that has food this good. more
One of the best & most flavorful chicken noodle soups I've ever had. more
Tonight both of our hot & spicy main entrees were not. The ginger ice cream had no hint of ginger in it but we could taste the freezer burn. The fried rice had no onions, peas, carrots - just rice. Although we live just down the street, we'll be looking for another chinese restaurant to frequent. more
I stayed 4 nights at this hotel in conjunction with a conference. Overall, the room, service, amenities were very much in line with an upscale property. Check-in / bell service / concierge were all quick, helpful and efficient. Found all staff to be very friendly and pleasant. Public spaces & pool were all very nice; workout room was pretty decent... more
I stayed for eight nights at the Omni Interlocken and enjoyed every moment of it. It is a luxury hotel with many top quality facilities (pool, gym, health suite etc). The only glitch I had was with my first room. As a business traveller I needed internet connection in my room. This was not working (it is a known problem... more
My wife and I stayed at the Renaissance Boulder suites at Flatiron in July 2008 for my birthday. We received a very good nightly rate and when my wife mentioned it was my birthday, we received a birthday note from the hotel manager and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The suite style room was excellent in every... more
We had a great time at the Omni. I picked the hotel because we were going to a wedding in Boulder and had family commitments in Denver as well. It was a nice location, especially for visiting Boulder. (For an amazing breakfast in a quirky non-chain restaurant, head to Lucille's in Boulder.) The hotel is right off 36 and is... more
First and foremost everything we ate at Bloom had fantastic flavors...starting with the Tartini Martini. The aoli with the Grilled Artichoke appetizer, the dressing on the lobster salad, the sauce with the Crusty Chicken and the flavor and sauce on the New York steak were all excellent. Here's where the problem lies...the lobster was a little overcooked and a bit... more
Made reservations online. I received reservation confirmation with a confirmation number, room description and all the paperwork I'd expect to receive. I was looking for a king bed (I'm tall) and most definitely a non-smoking room. Their rates were competitive and they were close to where I needed to stay. I arrived at 6:30pm on the day I was to... more
My son and I stayed there for 4 nights. The first night they gave us a studio room next to the pool on the first floor. The neighbor had his TV on till 3 AM. It was terrible due to the light from the pool light and the noise. In the morning I complained to the office and by the... more
This is a well run, no frills hotel. If you are looking for a "hotel experience" with an active lobby, thick towels, room service, etc, this is not for you. If you want a clean, good sized room with a kitchenette, then consider townplace. Our rating is based on comparisons with this kind of operation, not compared with the pampering... more
An exceptional Marriott property. Extremely spacious rooms, clean, quiet, comfortable. We opted for the breakfast package, which was just perfect down to the fresh orange juice. Nice indoor pool, great exercise facility. Location perfect and adjacent to malls and many restaurants. more
The garlic sticks (knots) are superb, and keep away the vampires for weeks. more
Great egg dishes and incredible blueberry pancakes! Nice atmosphere and service! more
Great place for breakfast. Family owned and everyone really cares about the food and service. I really liked their potatoes-almost like potato chips for breakfast! more
My wife and I went here to celebrate my birthday and get out of Southern California for a weekend! This hotel is awesome! I can see why they won the hotel of the year in 2008. We had a king suite on the 6th floor facing the Flat Irons. Nice comfy bed and linens. The only complaint was where they... more
Great palce for dinner! I had the salmon dish and it was very good! My wife had a vegetaian dish which she loved! Great service from our waiter to boot! Don't be turned off that this palce is in the Flat Irons Crossing Mall-it's not your typical mall restaurant! more
My third or fourth stay at this consistently good hotel. I love the large rooms and in-room fridge. I don't generally eat in the restaurant due to my "Never sleep in a restaurant, never eat in a hotel" policy, but during this stay I did have breakfast, which was OK, and I also had a chocolate-based desert while drinking in... more
