We spent one night at the Starr Mansion B & B for my husband's 30th birthday. Despite our knowledge that Vallejo is not exactly the gem of the SF bay area, we decided to book a room due to the excellent reviews it received--and we were not disappointed! I have never written a restaurant review before. Annie's was so good that I was compelled to do so. I have been to China twice and Annie's is the best Chinese food I have had since returning...it's even a bit better than some Chinese I had over there.
