the staff is rude got yelled at in the swimming pool by a staff member because my kids were with one hand holding onto the blue cross buoy cable line big deal . also no modern features in hotel room .but the cleaning staff cleaned daily the room and hotel close to restaurants and attractions more

Everything about this Hotel was 1st class...Service was AWESOME! Peaceful, quiet surroundings...nice property, very clean...employees couldn't do enough for you!!! Would Definitely return w/my husband & found out pets are allowed, as well! (GREAT BONUS!!!) LOVED the Whole experience there!!! more

If I can find a reason to come back to Santa Rosa I'll stay here again. However, there more upscale a Hyatt is the more they charge for the fringes. Can't stand paying $$$ for internet access. Summerfield Suites and Hyatt Place are maybe a luxury level step down but offer much more in amenities. Regardless, the location was great... more
