I was here for one night with my wife. She wanted to go to the nearby shopping centers. South Coast Mall and Fashion Island are very close to this hotel. First thing I noticed upon entering my room was that it smelled clean. That was great, but I went to close the curtains and the sheer was all frayed, and the blackout curtain behind it had tomato sauce finger prints on it (pizza, anyone?) I travel frequently and have had the opportunity to stay in several hotels. The location is perfect when flying into John Wayne, this hotel has it all. Friendly staff, clean quiet rooms, shuttle service, business center, continental breakfast. What more could you ask for? Superb value. more
