“Great atmo--so so food--may give another chance”

First time here. Menu looks delicious, atmo--relaxed cool with lots of greenery., love outdoor patio. Service--seemed to take awhile..at least 20minutes for 2 persons, but had a large party in front of us. Food--major disappointment (chinese chicken salad wrap was tasteless and turkey burger--also average) Big plus --awesome hot fries!! Would be willing to give one more chance. more

Pleasantly surprised by quality sushi, attentive service and interesting variety in the heart of Manhattan Beach. Spicy tuna handroll was good, not great. Tuna was pre-mixed (not creamy) and nori was crispy and came with avocado although too much rice. Broiled Chilean seabass appetizer was melt-in-your mouth! The vampire sashimi was perfect (included garlic) and the nigiri was fresh, good... more

I stayed for one week and everything was terrific. My room with frig, micro, internet access and ocean view was perfect.The beach is a few steps away and a variety of small restaurants surround the inn. As I was visiting my family,my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter visited me often, loved the pool, and i was able to keep snacks... more
