I am trying to be positive, but I can't. First, the price we paid over 200 a night was not worth the look of the hotel, the services, and the room. Second, as many have said, parking was NOT free. It's funny because we got a voucher so we wouldn't be charged if we go out with the car. But... more

We stayed at the QM prior to a cruise out of Long Beach. It is charming and historic. People should not expect luxery accomadations from an old cruise ship turned hotel. Looking over some of the negative reviews and seeing their pictures I can attest the there are different types of rooms on the QM. Ours had wood walls and... more
