I made a reservation to this hotel based on favorable word of mouth from my friends. I came to Gardena to visit relatives. The problems began with the desk clerks who were not friendly. This is a simple hotel targeted to Japanese businessmen, so is unpretentious but the service is great, the room is simple but with all you need (including being very clean) and the Japaneses breakfast is amazing (rice, miso soup, egg, cereal, variety of bread, sausages and ham, and other things that I don't know what they are).
