A letdown in strong Santa Ana winds has allowed California firefighters to make progress on three major wildfires that have destroyed more than 40,000 acres and hundreds of houses. Some residents are being allowed to return to their homes, and most evacuation orders have been lifted.
The owners and their dog, Sage, made us feel most welcome at the Sagewater Spa. The hotel is simple, clean and sleek but without the pretentious attitude...just right for my husband and I. We both had outstanding massages and loved the warm water pool. I highly recommend this place! more
