“Lovely Hotel ruined by the casino”

We stayed in an executive room on the 8th Floor and the room and breakfast were very good. The rooms were comfortable, the reception staff were helpful and the decor around the foyer was very nice. However, this hotel is situated as part of a casino complex and whilst we expected some gambling there were tables everywhere thatthey could fit... more

We arrived here on Christmas Eve and were greeted with warm cookies and great hospitality. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds had good linen and lots of pillows. The hotel is very clean and right next to the Outlet Mall. The buffet breakfast is also very good. We ate the every morning. more

The last two times I've been in LA I stayed at the Doubletree El Segundo (near LAX). Both times were great stays! This time I thought I'd try Doubletree Commerce for a change in scenery and the reviews seemed to better than the one in El Segundo. Upon arrival we didn't get their famous warm cookie. That wasn't a biggie... more
