Where do I even begin..... First of all we asked for 2 non smoking rooms and one of the rooms smelled like it had been continously been smoked in. This hotel is brand new, everything is so clean & nice. It is about a 15-20 minute drive into Hot Springs. The Budget Inn in Malvern is clean and quiet with good services. I have been here for a month and will continue to stay here. The weekly rate is very reasonable, with internet access and cable. Restaurants, grocery stores, the public library and banks are all easily accessed. Recreation at lake catherine and the Oachita River is also easily reached.... more
