When we arrived the desk clerk was very rude! The dresser face fell off on my daughters foot, and we were offered a band-aid! I have been to Shogun several times during my stays in Jonesboro and it is always very good. A cross between a sushi bar and a Hibachi restaurant. It is VERY clean, well decorated and in a great location. Try it, you will be glad you did. more
