Took four tries to get us an acceptable room (the first room they sent us to was occupied). Finally we settled on a room without a safe; took four days to get it working. great stay. I stayed in the small room where nelsons office was. There is microwave and nelson is soon to purchase a hob so its cool if u are a budget traveller like myself. Nelson will change money for you, sit u down and take you around caracas using google earth and generally give u the best advise there is.... more
