Wonderful hotel, but the food wasn't so good and I'm not "picky"...Spacious rooms, and a very big and attractive swimmingpool. We stayed at the portofino hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel is a 5 min. cab ride from "central" (its a very long beach) playa el agua. That was not good, it took about 20 min. to walk the same distance. The people at the front desk were not very friendly, the rooms reminded me of the hotel in the tropics in the 70's, the soaps were "motel soaps" , the breakfast reminded me of the breakfast in a hotel in a communist country . I don't think it's worth what I paid. more
