This is the second Kimpton property we stayed at (the first being the charming Hotel Burnham in Chicago), and I must say Kimpton has yet to disappoint. Billy helped me as I arrived to the Hotel with a smile and brought my bags up promptly. I checked in quick and while walking to my room Billy let me know about all of the amenities the Hotel has to offer. Most of the time you have to figure all of that out on your own! more
