The hotel is nice, but the staff are not. They won't let others to check in earlier than 3pm, they keep missing towlers, even we call for things we need. Stayed here 1 night as our other hotel (design suites, reviewed seperatly) had only a room for 2 of the 3 nights we had booked there, so they organized our first night at Xelena. View was amazing from the Penthouse Suites. I have to say that I was not impressed by the hotel facilities. No parking infront of the Hotel so we had to drag our heavy luggages up the cliff on the hotel to get inside. They should have paved it so cars can drop of hotel guests right infront of the door.... more
