The staff and owners were totally gracious, could not do enough to assist us. We were more than impressed with the service. The facility is simply beautiful--most serene and soothing, the impression you get is that you are being calmly cared for. We loved it and would go there again in a minute. B & L Piquet more

This was really awsome! We've stayed in both, El Calafate and Buenos Aires. Both were really good and the staff was amazing. When leaving El Calafate it seemed like we are leaving good friends here. Both hostels were very clean, with excellent location. more

This hostel is not good at all. The rooms were, very hot and there had no fans or air-conditioning. our room had a shower and loo, which really needed an update, there was also no Hot water on the level that we stayed on, after complianing three times about it, and others in the hostel, the problem didn't get fixed.... more
