I must be getting too old for hostels... the blaring music in the common area, the large groups taking over the seating areas and yelling at all hours of the night and morning to each other outside our room, the communal cooking area where people don't clean up after themselves, it gets to be a bit much. Never used my rental car as everything was within walking distance! Although very central, my room was very quiet (week-end, student holidays). Best asset of this hotel is the extremely attentive staff who responded to every need with a huge smile and unprompted by tips gave their best! Two gentleman in particular have obviously been with the hotel for many... more
