Definately not 3 star. Noise from outside the hotel at times unbearable 24/7 We stayed on the 5th floor. Desperate need of double glazing to reduce noise. Problems with lifts frequently meaning stairs to ground floor. Several days there was no hot water. One morning we had to wait to go into the dining room for breakfast as the dining... more

Balmoral Hotel

My partner and I stayed at The Balmoral Hotel this weekend and we were disgusted by the poor quality of the hotel. For a hotel which claims to be 4 star, we had a shocking stay. For the duration of the weekend the lift was not working which meant we had to use the stairs to our 3rd floor room.... more
