Visited here in June, 2009 after watching it on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives. The garlic fries are the best fries we've ever had and the chicken bbq pizza was good as well. It's nice being able to sit inside or out. It was nice to go to a casual place with outstandingly flavorful food and still be reasonably priced. more

Giovanni, owner and chef of LaCalabria is a bit on the shy side, but his cooking skills really come alive in his Calabrian style Italian specialties. We visited Joe's Farm Grill after reading several positive reviews about it. We expected the food there to be at least as good as Joe's BBQ in Gilbert but we were very disappointed.
