There is not much to say about the Nikko Tianjin: it lives up to the Nikko brand. It is new, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Like most of these upmarket chain hotel, it looks much the same as any other Hilton, Sofitel or Kempinski - don't expect boutique charm. Got a room on a high floor. Although clean, it needed some refurbishment. The air conditioning system did not work, resulting in a way too warm temperature.
