The Four Seasons Costa Rica was a wonderful and relaxing place. We typically vacation in the caribbean so this was a pleasant change. The staff was outstanding and they greeted us by name thoughout our weeklong stay. A particularly nice touch was the personalized cubby our son had at the childrens center (which was complimentary). Before I went to Costa Rica I did my homework on tours and all fingers pointed to Vargas Tours... I am so glad they did!!! What a professional, wonderful, and pleasant group of people... I first contacted, via e-mail, Lupita and Josta. They both replied to everything question and concern I had no matter how silly it might have been.... more
