On my latest trip to Shanghai, I again stayed at the Portman Ritz Carlton. While looking for a place for dinner, I chanced upon Element Fresh. I stayed in this hotel on the business trip. Rooms are comfortable and modern with a nice LCD TV and free wired Internet. Like the bathtub and all the amenities. The hotel is new after all. The only complaint about the room is the air conditioning blows right into your face so I ended up switching off the air conditioning... more

Title say it all, location service and lobby. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. You can step out of the hotel and within a few minutes you are quite literally in the heart of everything. Go and enjoy. more
