This hotel is modern and the rooms are good. The downside is that everything is really expensive compared to similar hotels i.e room service, laundry, restaurants. The receptionists were moody and not very helpful and the trip that I organised through the hotel did not turn out as promised. As a single female traveller it was okay. more

Overall experience was Average. i would not recommend this place to youngsters. this place is actually for people who want peace of mind from the hassle of the city. A few highlights from my stay at Hotel VIP: - unhelpful and demeaning front desk staff - Construction noise on the other side of my room until late at night - blood-stained sheets - Hotel staff always asking for tips even when they haven't done anything more
