This is a very nice resort and the people that manage it are very very kindly. It's very near the historical Sukhotai, ten minute walk. There you can rent for bicycles. Rooms are very cleaned up and furnishing is of good taste. Place is silent an relaxing, dipped in the nature. Restaurant is good but with poor dishes for vegetarian. more

This hotel was probably once a stunning place: pool, beautiful gardens, and gorgeous location. However, it has become a ghost town, home to hoards of ants and lizards. We stayed one night and then fled - we kept fearing a tap a the door to "Here's Johnny!" more

The Old City Guesthouse is situated in Old Sukhothai, quite near the entrance to the temple ruins of Sukhothai - so a very good place to start early in the morning to visit the fantastic ruins right before all the tourists from New Sukhothai in their little aircon busses.
