We had gone to the refugio to spend a relaxing weekend and ending up extending our stay 5 days. The owners, Andy and Beni, and all of the staff did everything to make our stay wonderful and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. During a three week trip through Chile and Argentina, this was our favorite place to stay. We stayed two nights in a bedroom with an amazing view of the mountains.
