“Be prepared to clean your hotel bathroom”

Hotel looks great on Internet. However reallity is different. 1. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Laughing and smirking all the time at guests. Troyan is a Historic working town in the center of Bulgaria. The restaurants are unbelivalbe value, providing stunning food. It has some Bulgarian visitors in the sommer months but not to many.
