Starting with the booking service, followed by check in, stay and check out the Staff of this hotel was simply excellent. Friendly and attentive. This resort is the best hotel in Gramado. Great food, amazing breakfast. Our room was clean and was very confortable. The localization is excellent. I wish to return soon. more
