The reservation lady was very effective. The rooms are very large with two double beds each. All rooms have great view from the ocean. There is a very good gymm on the top floor with sauna and swiming pool. The restaurant is above average and the breakfast is very satisfatory. I loved staying in Praia do Canto and the Ibis is a great location to explore the neighborhood. I Stayed at the Mercure for three weeks whilst on business in Vitoria. A great little hotel right smack bang in the trendy part of town - Praia Do Canto. A nice, clean, apart hotel. Perhaps a bit pricey for the lowly traveler but deals can be done. Rooms good. Mine had an office, two bathrooms, double bedroom and a day room. This is by far the best hotel in Vitoria. The rooms are a decent size and the views are breathtaking. The hotel is on an island off of Vitoria and access to the island is via a bridge and security guard...... very safe. I would definitely recommend this property but beware it is not listed on any site you need... more
