All be it for a price. The hotel is generally nice but as it's fairly new I would expect that. As with all big name hotels it's very expensive. I did however find all the staff very pleasant and accommodating. I Only speak English and all the front of house staff also had at least a fair command of English.... more

As an Executive for a 5 diamond international hotel group, I appreciate the effort that the staf at Le Ciel are giving to operate at the luxury level.
