The food at this neighborhood restaurant varies from good to an unexpected great, but it completely depends o the day. The restaurant is not consistent at all! We have gone into Monroe's American Trattoria a few times likely only because we live a short walk away. I would recommend it mostly for a drink at the bar and an appetizer... more
