Very nice hotel, friendly employee's. I even got a charge for my cell phone. The only thing that was diappointing was that the bar closed at midnight. more

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Austin for a conference and was very pleased with my stay. They had a complimentary shuttle from the airport, though it seemed oriented toward airline personel. As I had signed up for the Priority Club, I was given two delicious cookies when I checked in, a coupon for a free drink at the bar... more

I think it had fleas ... The bed linens and pillows smelled of smoke in a room labelled non-smoking. There were teenagers smoking in the hallways. Not what I expected for that part of town. more
