the rooms were nice enough but the staff left alot to desire front dest clerk "sugi" made me wait for ten mins while she talked on her cell phone and didnt even say sorry or anything then i reported it to the asst manager "tiffany" and she just laughed and shurged her shoulders and said that sounds like her. but... more

This was my second stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint either time. It's located off the busy Alcoa Highway, and just across that from McGhee Tyson Airport but it's set back from the road so is quieter than you might think. older Hilton member just next to the airport. Good rates (priceline), free parking, very nice staff!
