We'd been warned ahead of time by our friends that this place was sort of "stuck in time" and that the decor wasn't anything that would blow us away. We were also warned that they only take cash or checks. We were additionally assured that the quality of the steaks was what would carry the day, and we weren't disappointed.... more

We ate at Bricco on 11-28-2009 for the first time and were surprised by the lack of good service that went along with the fancy decor. The waitress took my beer order and then took forever to come back and once she got back I ordered two more. Then she brought the salads out (we were in a large group)... more

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its history and uniqueness. Also, we were having work done on our house and needed a "home away from home." Upon check-in, we received very poor service.
