In our opinion this is a resort which probably had its "golden time" 15 - 20 years ago. As frequent travellers,airline staff, we are used to different kind of service levels, what we experienced here was really rock bottom. Rooms are pretty worn out, maintenance is not their favourite diciplin...... Still it was pretty clean,our main concern regarding this resort... more

Stayed a week at Berjaya Vallon Beach. Based on earlier reviews here we booked a deluxe room, which was a good choice. The room was nice, with enough room, fridge, air-conditioning, balcony, safe and flat-screen tv. Hotel has four restaurants + bar. Japanese Teppanyaki was our favourite.
