The hotel is well located in the city. walking distance to the Government Square and Jinmabiji Square. Rooms are quiet, modern and clean. Staff at the reception is very helpful. I stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was an unremarkable hotel and not plush enough or modern enough to qualify for five stars but it wasn't bad for the price. We last stayed @ Green Lake Hotel in 2006 and despite some negative reviews from other reviewers, we decided to stay here again. We stayed at one of the newly refurbished executive rooms and we are very pleased with the room. The only comment is that one side of the bathroom (clear glass wall) overlooks the bed and sitting area.... more
