I ate here a few times while staying in the hotel. They have a buffet lunch and dinner. I tried to stick to local dishes and they were over cooked, under cooked, greasy and some times ok. I stayed for a week during teh Canton Fair so the hotel was very very full. That said the staff were very helpful. Rooms are huge and it is worth staying in a room with executive Club access. The executive club served a complimentarty cocktail hour buffet (antipasto, etc) which was as big (and as good) as most restaurants. Help... more

Aged hotel with large rooms but urgently in need of cleaning. It still has the style of Chinese hotels of the mid 1990's. The staff were helpful but when the temperature dropped to very low it took a day to switch the AC to hot. Walking outside rapidly brings you to nice locations, though probably not the CBD.
