Most of the staff were friendly, except one soviet style lady who still had the attitude that customers are to be handled as pigs. The "structure" of the room (walls, ceiling, doors) seems to be original and very nice, with classical lavish plaster decoration in the ceiling. First the reception staff are absolutely excellent. Most speak English very well & are very helpfull. Rooms on 7th floor (where I stayed) are large well equipped with a minibar & kettle as well as iron & ironing board. TV with DVD player, water cooler & selection of free coffee & tea. bathroom is a bath/shower combo-very modern & new.... more
