I stayed in the Intoruist for 4 nights whislt visiting Volgograd. Overall it is a very comfortable hotel in a perect loaction right outside the main city square and the 'alley of heros'. Recently stayed here for a week. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, friendly, affordable, good air conditioner and fridge. Great windows/views. Very good laundry service. Nice Staff. Wi Fi not reliable. Great cafe (Grand Cafe) next door. All the beautiful people hang out here in the evening, excellent people watching and directly across from the Alley of Heros.Many servers speak English... more

From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to go horribly wrong. Our operator changed us to this hotel as we were double booked at the Intourist hotel. Our Russian companion laughed when we said we were being moved to the Tourist Hotel and she said now here is a chance for you to see what life was... more
