I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a 10 day trip to Russia. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff is super, especially Olga, Alena, and Julia at the front desk. I really put them thru the paces in getting help with quite a few things, and the came thru very well each time.... more

I was a few times there, its not my faavorite hotel in moskow. (But the favorite ones are (to) expensive, and so not so expensive are ...) For business and intermidiate stops OK. No need to go to city center and waste more time and money. Close to Airport - to walk is possible. Tends to be overbooked sometimes -... more

If your looking for a top class hotel in the near the Red Square, the Park Hyatt is the place you need. With a roof terrace for great city views. The only thing I did not like were the ladies that were present in the lobby during evening/night time offering certain services when you pass them. I think a hotel... more

We stayed at the Royal Aurora for 3 nights June17-20 and loved it! We are a family of 4, the children being older teens. The Royal Aurora is one of the few hotels that will accomodate 4 people in a room. The family room with 2 double beds and bath was quite large and well appointed. The room was very... more

The hotel was not the best, but the price was reasonable. And the shuttle bus for Domodedovo airport runs since 5am and every 10 minutes. Recommended for those who change flights. more

This is nice hotel but I would not rate it a 5 star. Rooms are clean. Don't use the phone for calls. I got charged 350$US for a 25 minute call to Canada even though it said 6 roubles/minute in the binder. Breakfast buffet was alright but way too expensive at 1300 roubles. So me a favor and go eat... more

We stayed here for a business trip to Moscow in July, 2009. The hotel and the rooms are big, modern and clean. Bathroom was remarkably big with a tub and a separate shower. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of dishes, although I found it a bit expensive still. Hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest metro... more

We were very disappointed with this hotel. There are a few things that everyone should know. 1. All of the rooms have platform beds (i.e., no box springs). If you like a rock hard mattress, it's fine. 2. The breakfast buffet is $50/person. 3. A bad martini and a sip of cheap port will run you $40. 4. Internet is... more

I stayed in this hotel for a month during May and June on business. It is a well presented hotel and the rooms are very large! Even if the water that comes out of the taps in the bathroom is yellow! It took a bit of getting used to!They are decorated to a reasonoable standard and are cleaned very thoroughly... more

The hotel is splendid, indeed! The panoramic view from the terrace (19th floor) is astonishing! The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The food is good, the swimming-pool is rather large and nice. In spite of its central location the hotel is really quiet. One small drawback - there is no free Internet access, except two PCs in the executive... more

We just spent 3 nights at this hotel. Absolutely great. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Ample toiletries in bathroom. Housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet was included in our very fair room rate. Plenty of choices on breakfast buffet and very good service. We were too busy to enjoy the pool, but it looked very nice. No... more

This is a beautiful hotel with funky interiors and lots of comfort. But really expensive - the food was extremely expensive. A sandwich as $20AUD and a glass of wine was about the same. We thought breakfast was included but it wasn't and we ended up spending $50AUD each - our own fault, we should have checked. It's also a... more

What a lovely suprise, as had not expected too much from the hotel or Moscow for that matter and both came up trumps. I stayed at Peter 1 on a 4 day break in May 2009. The hotel was very efficient and the staff most helpful. The location is good being about 10 minutes walk from red square and 5 minutes from metro stations that are on main lines. Its close to the Bolshoi as well. The breakfast was particularly excellent with lots... more

Swiss hotel gets it well. They know how to give heartfelt service, keep elegance and give the customers what they seek the most, which is worry-free cozy feeling which could make you really relaxing after a day-long busy sight-seeing. We booked a club floor room, but they gave a larger room on 17th floor with a great view. For the... more

This hotel is excellent value, in a good location, and the staff is very helpful. Be prepared for the extreme compact nature of the rooms and bath facilities. Most of the rooms are not much bigger than a large walk-in closet here in the states. Corridors allow passage for about one body at a time. So be aware if you... more
