We were very disappointed with this hotel. There are a few things that everyone should know. 1. All of the rooms have platform beds (i.e., no box springs). The hotel is splendid, indeed! The panoramic view from the terrace (19th floor) is astonishing! The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The food is good, the swimming-pool is rather large and nice. In spite of its central location the hotel is really quiet. We just spent 3 nights at this hotel. Absolutely great. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Ample toiletries in bathroom. Housekeeping was excellent.
