The staff went above and beyond. They made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything or our apartment they would get it, no questions asked. We had booked an apartment with a washing machine and it had accidently been given to someone else. The hotel arranged for our washing to be done and returned to our room. The... more

I really enjoyed my stay in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. I stayed in Golden Tulip Hotel Cluj for one night in November 09. The hotel was opened only 3 month earlier, it is completely new development.
