i enjoyed the stay in such a charming hotel... my husband and i we're treated like king and queen... the personnel were very professional and they made us feel as if we were VIPs, the suite we stayed at was well taking care of, clean and very comfortable. a Frensh breakfast was served at the exact time we requested it.... more

Had read good reviews in various travel books so booked in for 3 nights on arriving in Ifrane, the town and hotel quiet this time of year. Three staff, all men, one seemed to be the manager, chatting and standing around reception for most of the time from when we arrived till we left, never once smiled or said even... more

We stayed on the 10th August 2007 and found no spa, pool or other facilities advertised and paid for. The breakfast was bread, coffee and cake for 70 dirhams, a complete rip off. There was no hot food. We left after one night . We had been promised hot water but there was none during our stay. To add insult... more
