Stayed for two weeks at this hotel. Our room and bathroom were clean, but possibly in need of refurbishment. We were probably staying off season as there seemed to be very few guests staying, although the business seminars appeared to be well attended. We stayed at the Hyatt in a Superior Club room for 8 nights in Feb. It was all rather disappointing and not what we expected having visited many other 5 star hotels on the South Coast and KL. The Swiss Garden Kuantan is quite nice. The staff are quite friendly. The place is quite clean and the rooms are fine. It's a 4 star hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's not a 3 star hotel either.
