Stayed at the Hyatt after recommendations by family members. Booked through the hotel website. Chose the "Family Plan" package where I paid only half-price for the second room. Over the recent Raya break, my husband and 11 year old son stayed 3 nights in one of the Regency Suites. I used my Hyatt Passport (Loyalty programme) to upgrade from a basic room to the highest room category.
